Saving Lives + Hating Naps
In this week's vlog...
I FINALLY learned how to save lives. In order to take my personal training test and to be an actual personal trainer, I have to be CPR certified. I had been putting it off for weeks (laziness) but I finally got it done last Saturday. It was actually pretty painless, well at least for me, the dummy I had to save? Idk. Haha.
Later in the day, I made a huge mistake. I took a nap. Naps are glorious. But not for me. Every time I wake up from a nap, I'm always even more tired, lethargic and lazy as I was before I did. I hate it because I usually have to do something after I wake up. So of course, Tim, the boyfriend, wanted to go to the gym, which I wasn't too enthusiastic about. Ugh. But I went.
Tim put me through a tough workout (which I didn't ask for btw) but I definitely needed it. I felt so much more energetic and awake after. Hmmm. I guess my naps are workouts? Idk. I think it'll require more research.
Lastly, I ended my Saturday eating a Pitaya bowl. Yea. I didn't know what it was either. Pitaya is basically Dragonfruit. It's like an Acai but with Pitaya. And it was DELICIOUS and pink. So delicious that it might I just be swapping my Acai for Pitaya, maybe.
